Give others useable items you planned to throw away but still have some good life left in them ... receive items other people no longer want, but are just too good to throw away! Simply

 You get instant emails, or daily
emails whenever something free is posted. You choose how you want to
receive notifications.FREE: If you have an item you no longer need, and it is still in usable condition that someone might want, just put in the subject line of your email ... FREE: porch swing (or whatever your item is) and the area in which you live. (FREE: Floor lamp - North Anderson, mall area.) Offers must be legal and appropriate for all ages to view. In the body of your email, state anything you want the new owner to know ... tell of any flaws, repairs needed, excellent condition, or whatever they need to know. (Lamp works great, but has loose fitting at the top that needs fixing. This looseness prevents you from turning the lamp in any other direction.) Do NOT put your phone number or address in your post. Those who are interested will contact you by email. When you decide who gets your item, email them and arrange a pickup time and place. It can be your house or you can meet them in some mutual public place. SPOKEN FOR : When you have decided who is going to get your item, please send them an email and make arrangement for pickup. When your item has been picked up or at least spoken for, please send an email to the group to let everyone know your item has been given away. This should stop requests for your item. THANK YOU: When you get an item from someone, please post that you have received the item and thank the giver. Courtesy is appreciated. WANTED: If you are looking for an item .. poster boards for your kid's school project, a lawn mower, a bed frame, a recliner .. just put WANTED in the subject line of your email and the item you want. All wanted posts will also go into the archives (unless you notify me that you have received what you were asking for). That way your wanted can stay posted on the website until you get it, instead of clogging up people's mailboxes with reposts. For instance .. WANTED: Child's bed frame.
